Rajaḥputra (रजःपुत्र).—

1) greediness, avarice; मुनये प्रेषयामास रजस्तोकमदौ तथा (munaye preṣayāmāsa rajastokamadau tathā) Bhāgavata 12.8.16.

2) 'the child of passion', a term applied to a person to show that he is quite insignificant.

Derivable forms: rajaḥputraḥ (रजःपुत्रः).
