Pūrvabuddhānusmṛtyasaṅgājñānā (पूर्वबुद्धानुस्मृत्यसङ्गाज्ञाना).—(°-)(read °asaṅ-ga-jñāna, as in Mahāvyutpatti 186, compare Tibetan below)-lokālaṃkāra, nt.: °raṃ, n. sg., nāma raśmiś, Lalitavistara 3.13, name of a ray emitted from the crown of the Buddha's head; in 4.6 repeated as abl. fem., °jñānālokāyā raśmyā(ḥ), omitting pūrva and alaṃkāra; Tibetan both times sṅon gyi saṅs rgyas rjes su dran par bya ba la chags pa med paḥi ye śes snaṅ ba, light of unattached knowledge for making to remember past Buddhas, omitting alaṃkāra both times; Tibetan ye śes = jñāna, not ājñāna, confirming ms.
