Puruṣadharma (पुरुषधर्म) refers to a “human quality”, according to Vṛtti (commentary) on Bhartṛhari’s Vākyapadīya 3.1.46.—Accordingly, [while discussing the knowledge of Ṛṣis]: “Even in those mutually differing schools in which we hear the talk of some extraordinary human quality (puruṣadharma), impervious to reasoning, the seers’ knowledge of this or that thing, [to the extent it is] born of a mystical or transforming experience, is said to occur when the seers’ personalities are modified by a quality found [i.e. recommended for cultivation] in the āgama”.
