Pūrṇasvātantrya (पूर्णस्वातन्त्र्य) refers to “full autonomy”, according to the Īśvarapratyabhijñāvivṛtivimarśinī (KSTS vol. 65, 348, commentary on Īśvarapratyabhijñākārikā III.2.19).—Accordingly, “In the [process of] transmutation by the “one taste” that is [the fundamental] “I,” when, (C):—[...] then [in either case] there is simply the delightful blossoming of full autonomy (pūrṇasvātantrya-ullāsa), even while the body exists [...]”.
