Premna integrifolia (in Sanskrit: jaya) is used in the treatment of wounds (vraṇa), according to Āyurveda sections in the Garuḍapurāṇa.—[The management of kṛmijāla (micro and macro germs) in cows and buffaloes]—For healing of the vraṇa (wounds) in the wounded animals, external application of Jaya (Premna integrifolia) advised.
Note: Premna integrifolia is one of the ten Daśamūla.
