Pratyabhijñāna (प्रत्यभिज्ञान).—

1) Recognition; see the word अभिज्ञान (abhijñāna) also.

2) A token of recognition (in return); प्रत्यभिज्ञान- रत्नं च रामायादर्शयत् कृती (pratyabhijñāna- ratnaṃ ca rāmāyādarśayat kṛtī) R.12.64.
