Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramPratiṣṭhāsthāna (प्रतिष्ठास्थान) according to the “ultimate fixed ground”, according to the Kramakeli quoted by Maheśvarānanda in his Mahārthamañjari. Accordingly, “God is capable of churning this reality and so is the Lord of Kula who is the ultimate fixed ground (pratiṣṭhāsthāna) of all things. It is he who, churning his own energy, brings about creation and the other (cosmic processes). And so, I salute the venerable Churning Bhairava who is such”.
