Pradakṣiṇāvartanābhitā (प्रदक्षिणावर्तनाभिता) or Pradakṣiṇāvartanābhi refers to “a navel that turns to the right” and represents the fortieth of the “eighty secondary characteristics” (anuvyañjana) as defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 83). The Dharma-samgraha (Dharmasangraha) is an extensive glossary of Buddhist technical terms in Sanskrit (e.g., pradakṣiṇāvartanābhitā). The work is attributed to Nagarguna who lived around the 2nd century A.D.
