Source: Wisdom Library: Dharma-samgrahaPrabhūtajivha (प्रभूतजिव्ह) or Prabhūtajivhatā refers to “his tongue is large” and represents the twenty-fourth of the “thirty-two marks of a great man” (lakṣaṇa) as defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 83). The Dharma-samgraha (Dharmasangraha) is an extensive glossary of Buddhist technical terms in Sanskrit (e.g., prabhūta-jivha). The work is attributed to Nagarguna who lived around the 2nd century A.D.
