Phūṃkanā (फूंकना):—(v) to blow; to puff, to whiff; to burn, to ignite, to set on fire; to waste, to squander away, [phūṃka-tāpa ḍālanā] to squander away (money or property etc.); [phūṃka-phūṃka kara kadama/pāṃva/paira rakhanā] to tread as on eggs, to feel one’s way, to take every step with utmost caution; to be extracautious in one’s movements; —[māra kara uḍā denā] to destroy without effort.
