phulaviṇēṃ (फुलविणें).—v c (phulaṇēṃ q. v.) To cause to blow, expand, flower, swell, puff up &c.) phulavūna kāma karūna ghēṇēṃ To serve one's own ends through another by inflating his vanity &c. The phrase agrees with vēḷavāvara basaviṇēṃ, khaṇḍērāva karaṇēṃ &c.
