phaṭakurī (फटकुरी).—f phaṭakūra n phaṭakurēṃ A worn and torn kāmbaḷā or ghōṅgaḍī (black and coarse blanket): also applied in contemptuous disparagement to a kāmbaḷā or ghōṅgaḍī gen. 2 Applied by some to a worn and torn carpet (śatrañjī), floor-cloth (jājama), sackcloth (taraṭa), or to a tatter or fragment thereof.
