Southern Dynasties Song (南朝宋 [nan chao song]) dynasty. Bao Zhao's (鮑照 [bao zhao]) "Eighteenth of Eighteen Poems Imitating 'The Difficulty of Travel'" (〈擬行路難 [ni xing lu nan]〉詩十八首之八 [shi shi ba shou zhi ba]): "Dust gathers on the bed and mat (床席生塵 [chuang xi sheng chen]), the bright mirror (明鏡 [ming jing]) is grimy; the slender waist (纖腰 [xian yao]) is emaciated (瘦削 [shou xue]), the hair (髮 [fa]) dishevelled."
蓬亂:蓬鬆散亂。南朝宋.鮑照〈擬行路難〉詩十八首之八:「床席生塵明鏡垢,纖腰瘦削髮蓬亂。」
