Paramānandarūpin) refers to “having the nature of supreme bliss”, according to the Devīpañcaśatikā (verse 3.3).—Accordingly, “Emanation is above and its nature is supreme bliss (paramānandarūpiṇī). It is Śāmbhavī, the supreme energy who rains down a shower of nectar”.
