Pañcaparameṣṭhi-pada.—(EI 2), also called ºpaṭṭa; a slab for worship containing the oṅkāra. Note: pañcaparameṣṭhi-pada is defined in the “Indian epigraphical glossary” as it can be found on ancient inscriptions commonly written in Sanskrit, Prakrit or Dravidian languages.
