ōghaḷaṇēṃ (ओघळणें).—v c To slip off from a wreath or string; as sarāntūna myāṃ dāhā mōtīṃ ōghaḷalīṃ or hātāntūna bāṅgaḍyā ōghaḷalyā; also to take out or draw off (a small quantity generally from a mass or stock); as tāndūḷa ōghaḷalē, śērabhara ōghaḷalā, pāñca rupayē ōghaḷalē (This sense arises from the conceit of making the mass loose as a wreath.)
