1) Humiliation, degradation.

2) Making inferior, subordination.

3) Being brought or come down; न्यग्भावं परमं वायोः शाल्मले त्वमुपागतः (nyagbhāvaṃ paramaṃ vāyoḥ śālmale tvamupāgataḥ) Mahābhārata (Bombay) 12.155.2.
