Nityapratisañcara (नित्यप्रतिसञ्चर) is another name for Nitya (“constant destruction”), and is related to Pratisarga (“creation or evolution of the Universe”), representing one of the various aspects of the Pañcalakṣaṇa definition of Purāṇas, according to Amarakoṣa: the famous Sanskrit lexicon of the 5th Century A.D.
