To launch forth shamelessly into vice and folly. Pr. usava- lyālā dōrā ghālatāṃ yētō nisavalyāsa upāya kāya? 3 To come forth conspicuously, eminently, fairly, strikingly. Used esp. with a word expressing the field or arena of this conspicuousness; as lihi- ṇyānta-bōlaṇyānta-hiśōbānta-nisavaṇēṃ. 4 To come forward or stand forth boldly or declaratively.
