Nirmāṇacakra (निर्माणचक्र) is the name of a Cakra (sacred centre [?]) [i.e., oṃ nirmāṇacakrāya svāhā], according to the Vāruṇī Pūjā [i.e., Varuni Worship] ritual often performed in combination with the Cakrasaṃvara Samādhi, which refers to the primary pūjā and sādhanā practice of Newah Mahāyāna-Vajrayāna Buddhists in Nepal.

Nirmāṇacakra (निर्माणचक्र) refers to the “emanation circle”, according to the 10th-century Ḍākārṇava-tantra: one of the last Tibetan Tantric scriptures belonging to the Buddhist Saṃvara tradition consisting of 51 chapters.—Accordingly, while explaining the mind-circle: “[...] Owing to the nature of [both] gnosis and discerning, [the circle] itself has the parts of charnel grounds. This [circle] is among the three circles in the Emanation [Layer] (nirmāṇacakra) by name. Subsequently, the other two circles, all of them (both), are explained. The Mind Circle, the first, is thus [taught] [...]”.
