Nirlakṣya (निर्लक्ष्य) refers to “one who is invisible”, according to the 13th-century Matsyendrasaṃhitā: a Kubjikā-Tripurā oriented Tantric Yoga text of the Ṣaḍanvayaśāmbhava tradition from South India.—Accordingly, “That noble lady abandons her family and goes to the highest man, who is invisible (nirlakṣya), who lacks qualities, and is devoid of kula and form”.
