General definition (in Buddhism)
Nimindhara (निमिन्धर) refers to the “wheel-bearing mountain” and represents one of the “eight mountains” (parvata) as defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 125). It can also be spelled as Nemiṃdhara or Nemindhara or Nimiṃdhara. The Dharma-samgraha (Dharmasangraha) is an extensive glossary of Buddhist technical terms in Sanskrit (e.g., nimindhara). The work is attributed to Nagarjuna who lived around the 2nd century A.D.
