尼羅蔽荼 [ni luo bi tu]—Nīlapiṭa — [Position]: Translated as Qingzang (青藏 [qing cang]).
It is the name for chroniclers/historians (史誥 [shi gao]). Xiyu Ji (西域記 [xi yu ji]), Volume 2 states: "As for recording words and writing events, each has its designated function. Chroniclers/historians are collectively called Nīlapiṭa, which in Tang (Dynasty) language is Qingzang. Both good and evil are fully recorded, and calamities and auspicious signs are thoroughly detailed."

尼羅蔽荼—【職位】Nīlapiṭa,譯曰青藏。史誥之名。西域記二曰:「至於記言書事,各有司存,史誥總稱尼羅蔽荼,唐言青藏。善惡具舉,災祥備著。」
