A term used in contracts or stipulations, importing (through ignorance of the proper sense) Injurious events or occurrences of whatever form, whether from heaven or nature, or from man. It is equivalent therefore to asmānī sulatānī, dēvakī rājakī &c. Ex. nē0 jhālyāsa mī bharūna dēīna.
