Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramNavaputra (नवपुत्र) refers to “(having) nine sons”, according to the Ṭīkā (commentary) on the Manthānabhairavatantra, a vast sprawling work that belongs to a corpus of Tantric texts concerned with the worship of the goddess Kubjikā.—Accordingly, “[...] (It is written): ‘and the nine sons (navaputra) of Caryānātha... etc.’ (The Siddha) who has authority in the Kṛta Age is called Tūṣṇīnātha. He practiced very severe spiritual discipline (mahogracaryā) (and so from) then on his name was Caryānātha. [...]”.
