nādavāda (नादवाद).—m (nāda & vāda) A careless term for discussion or clamor or talk about, viewed as contentious, excessive, or idle. v kara, sāṅga, lāva, lāga, tuṭa. 2 (nāda by redup.) Any loose or idle propensity, attachment, addictedness, desire, pursuit. nā0 lāvaṇēṃ To make one to follow after or hang upon in close and fond attachment (see nāda lāvaṇēṃ & nādīṃ lāvaṇēṃ under nāda): and nā0 tuṭaṇēṃ g. of s. is To be relieved from such attachment. nādāvādānta paḍaṇēṃ To fall under the lure and sway of some low desire. See nādīṃ lāgaṇēṃ or bharaṇēṃ.
