mōghaḍa (मोघड).—m n f mōghaṇa n f A drill-plough of two tubes for sowing together wheat and gram (or tūra or other pulse). 2 Gram or other pulse, i. e. the material of the rabbī or vernal harvest, sown by means of it. Note. In some parts mōghaṇa is distinguished from mōghaḍa, and is understood as mōghaṇā (a tube with seed-cup attached by a cord to a pābhara), and, by meton., the corn sown by means of it.
