Miriñjideśa or Miriñjedeśa is a name of a person mentioned in the “Kolhāpur plates of Gaṇḍarāditya”. Accordingly, “Gaṇḍarāditya... purchased, from the nārgāvuṇḍas Rājaya and Senaya of the village Koṃnijavāḍa situated in the khampaṇa of Koḍavalli comprised in the Miriñjideśa, two nivartanas of land measured by the rod of Kuṇḍi...”.

It records the grant, by Gaṇḍarāditya, of two nivartanas of land in the village of Koṃnijavāḍa situated in the khampaṇa (subdivision) of Koḍavalli comprised in the Miriñji-deśa. It is dated in the expired Saka year 1048, the cyclic year being Parābhava, on the occasion of the Dakṣiṇāyana-saṅkrānti, on Saturday, the fourth tithi of the bright fortnight of Āṣāḍha.
