民營 [mín yíng] [min ying]—
An enterprise (事業 [shi ye], shìyè) operated with capital (出資 [chu zi], chūzī) invested by the 人民 [ren min] (rénmín) (people). It is also called 民業 [min ye] (mínyè).
民營:人民出資本所經營的事業。也稱為「民業」。
mín yíng: rén mín chū zī běn suǒ jīng yíng de shì yè. yě chēng wèi “mín yè” .
min ying: ren min chu zi ben suo jing ying de shi ye. ye cheng wei "min ye" .
