miḷaṇēṃ (मिळणें).—v i (mēlana S) To mix or mingle with or amongst. 2 To meet, assemble, come together. 3 To agree with; to unite with; to join, in the figurative senses. 4 To suit, tally, correspond, harmonize; to be accordant with, adapted unto &c. 5 in. con. To be earned or gained; to be derived from; to be produced unto. 6 To meet, encounter, come face to face. 7 To be found; to be seen or met with; to be picked up by. 8 To meet or come (unto the hand of, unto the worker or doer); to lie open to one's catch or grasp; to be facile or feasible unto. Ex. hā khiḷā avaghaḍa ṭhikāṇīṃ basalā hyāsa dharāyālā miḷata nāhīṃ; hēṃ kulūpa ughaḍāyālā bhalatyāsa nāhīṃ miḷaṇāra. miḷūna misaḷūna vāgāvēṃ To dwell or walk together in close intimacy.
