māyāpaṭala (मायापटल).—n (S) pop. māyāpaḍaḷa n The veil, film, or covering of Maya. i.e. the form and coloring cast by Illusion upon the universe (in truth the evolution or development of Brahma), causing it to appear as of distinct reality.
