Mantragrahaṇa (मन्त्रग्रहण) [=mantragrahaṇadīkṣānirūpaṇam] refers to one of the topics dealt with in the twentieth chapter of the Ahirbudhnyasaṃhitā: an ancient Pāñcarātra Āgama scripture dealing with the symbology of the Sudarśana weapon while also dealing with iconography, philosophy and Vaiṣṇava rituals.
