mānaviṇēṃ (मानविणें).—v c (Causal of mānaṇēṃ) To bring over; to induce to assent, approve, like. Ex. lagna karaṇyā- viṣayīṃ tyācēṃ mana mānavā. Note. In this sense it usually takes up the word mana. 2 Inversely. To please; to be liked or approved by. Ex. ājacī kathā āmhāsa mānavilī.
