Source: DDSA: The Molesworth Marathi and English Dictionarymalapaṇēṃ (मलपणें).—v i (Poetry.) To walk along with a light, gaysome reel or waddle, noddingly and flauntily;--used esp. of a child. Ex. sāvalyā vāṇācēṃ mūla || kōṇācēṃ ēthēṃ malapata cālē || aṅgaṇīṃ ḍōla dēī || malapata cālata kaisēṃ aṅga ḍōlavīta ||. Also, more generally, to wag about. Ex. malapata ghusaḷitē gavaḷa- ṇī || ticā padara ruḷatō mēdinīṃ ||.
