Madhyaṃvaya (मध्यंवय):—Middle age from 16 - 60 years . It is characterized by strength virility, quality of all dhatus having reached the normal limits with proper physical & mental strength, without degeneration in qualities of dhatus with predominance of pitta dhatu.
