Madhyamakoṣṭha (मध्यमकोष्ठ):—A physiological type of Koṣṭha produced because of the dominance of either Kapha, or due to the balanced state of all the three Doṣas. The individual with this type of Koṣṭha, passes normal bowels and has normal digestive ability.
