luṅgasa (लुंगस).—n A stunted or diminutive head (of bājarī jōndhaḷā, rāḷā, wheat &c.) 2 Pile or nap (of cloth or ropes), or the points and short ends of brushes or other hair-fabrics: also a filament or an end as rubbed up: also, by accommodation, a rubbed up splinter or fragment of wood. 3 See luṅgī.
