Source: ORA: Amanaska (king of all yogas): A Critical Edition and Annotated Translation by Jason BirchLokāvalokana (लोकावलोकन) refers to “one who can see the world” (of Brahma), according to verse 3-52 of the Śivasaṃhitā.—Accordingly, “A man who dwells in the subterranean realms can see [up to] the world (lokāvalokana) of Brahma. [This] power called Prāpti is very difficult to attain for those who are not Yogins”.
