離線 [lí xiàn] [li xian]—
A mode of operation in Electronic Data Processing (電子資料處理 [dian zi zi liao chu li]) that switches from an online state (連線狀態 [lian xian zhuang tai]) to a disconnected operation mode (不連線操作模式 [bu lian xian cao zuo mo shi]).

A worthy person (贤人 [xian ren]) among the common people (民众 [min zhong]). From "The Book of Documents (書經 [shu jing]) - Yi and Ji (益稷 [yi ji])": "Worthy people from all nations (萬邦 [wan bang]) are all subjects (帝臣 [di chen]) of the Emperor." From Tang (唐 [tang]) Dynasty's Bai Juyi's (白居易 [bai ju yi]) "Rhapsody on Viewing the Luo River on a Clear Day (洛川晴望賦 [luo chuan qing wang fu])": "Therefore, I walk through the villages (閭裡 [lu li]) and consult the worthy people."

蠡縣 [lí xiàn] [li xian]—
County name. Located in central Hebei Province (河北省 [he bei sheng]). The Zhulong River (瀦龍河 [zhu long he]) flows through its northeast. During the Tang Dynasty (唐 [tang]), Li Prefecture (蠡州 [li zhou]) was established in the county. In the Ming Dynasty (明 [ming]), it was demoted to a county and belonged to Baoding Prefecture (保定府 [bao ding fu]) of Zhili (直隶 [zhi li]). Major agricultural products within its borders are wheat (麦 [mai]), beans (豆 [dou]), sorghum (高粱 [gao liang]), and cotton (棉花 [mian hua]).
蠡縣:縣名。位於河北省中部,瀦龍河橫貫東北。唐於縣置蠡州,明降為縣,屬直隸保定府。境內農產以麥、豆、高粱、棉花為大宗。

立憲 [lì xiàn] [li xian]—
To enact a constitution (制定憲法 [zhi ding xian fa]). For example: Our country (我國 [wo guo]) was only able to complete the establishment of a constitution and implement democratic politics (民主政治 [min zhu zheng zhi]) after overcoming numerous difficulties (重重困難 [zhong zhong kun nan]).
