An unsettled or unclosed business with; an affair or a transaction (esp. as troublesome or involved or disputable) subsisting with. v tōḍa & tuṭa, or rāha with nāhīṃ. Expressing this sense there are numerous words and in constant occurrence; e. g. laḍathaḍa, laphaḍā, laḍhā, kharakaṭēṃ, lōñcā, lēśapaṇḍa, lājimā, vāndhā.
