Source: Wisdomlib Libary: KathāKuvalayāmoda (कुवलयामोद) is the name of a tank (reservoir) on the peak of the mountain Raviśṛṅga, according to the eighth Ucchvāsa of the Udayasundarīkathā. It was here that Tārākiriṭa (king of Kośātakī) was, by effect of a curse, ordered to live and protect Udayasundarī.
The Udayasundarīkathā is a Sanskrit epic tale written by Soḍḍhala in the early 11th century, revolving around the Nāga princess Udayasundarī and Malayavāhana (king of Pratiṣṭhāna).
