Kuṇḍalanā (कुण्डलना).—Encircling (as a word) to denote that it is to be left out or not considered; तदोजसस्तद्यशसः स्थिताविमौ वृथेति चित्ते कुरुते यदा यदा । तनोति भानोः परिवेषकैत- वात्तदा विधिः कुण्डलनां विधोरपि (tadojasastadyaśasaḥ sthitāvimau vṛtheti citte kurute yadā yadā | tanoti bhānoḥ pariveṣakaita- vāttadā vidhiḥ kuṇḍalanāṃ vidhorapi) || N. 1.14; cf. 2.95 also.
