Kuñc (कुञ्च्).—[kuñca] r. 1st cl. (-u) kuñcu (kuñcati) 1. To go, to go to or towards. 2. To move crookedly. 3. To make crooked. 4. To be crooked. 5. To lessen, to make small. 6. To be or become small, to shrink as a substance. 7. To contract or draw in, (as the thoughts,) Some read this root kuci but needlessly.
