Source: archive.org: Ceylon Branch of the Royal Asiatic Society 1963Kulaviṭiya is the name of a locality, corresponding to present Allevava, that once existed in the ancient kingdom of Anurādhapura, Ceylon (Sri Lanka).—In an inscription of Dappula V (924-935) at Āllevāva, near the 63rd mile on the Anurādhapura-Trincomalee road, the place Kulaviṭiya (present Āllevāva) is mentioned.
