Krośayuga (क्रोशयुग).—n.

(-gaṃ) A measure of two Kos, 4000 yards, or about 2(1/2) miles; this seems to correspond to the modern Kos, but the standard varies. E. krośa a Kos, and yuga a pair also gavyūti.
