Kannaḍa koda-visa, an allowance of a visa of grain, etc., for every bullock-load that comes into a town, paid to a person employed to check the demands of the toll-collector. Note: koḍe is defined in the “Indian epigraphical glossary” as it can be found on ancient inscriptions commonly written in Sanskrit, Prakrit or Dravidian languages.
