kēṇēṃ (केणें).—n (kraya S Selling.) Any thing with reference to traffic; an article of merchandise; a piece of goods; a ware or commodity. Ex. tū mōkṣadvīpīñcēṃ kēṇēṃ bharūna || jāsī kailāsapēṇṭha lakṣūna ||. By some kēṇēṃ is understood esp. of grains, fruits and vegetables. ēkā gharīṃ kēṇēṃ An article to be found only in one shop or at one place.
