可賀 [kě hè] [ke he]—
Worth celebrating (值得慶賀 [zhi de qing he]). For example: 'A prodigal son's return is worth more than gold (浪子回頭金不換 [lang zi hui tou jin bu huan]); his ability to turn over a new leaf (改頭換面 [gai tou huan mian]) and become a new person (重新做人 [zhong xin zuo ren]) is truly commendable!'

剋核 [kè hé] [ke he]—
(kèhé): harsh criticism and compulsion/persecution. From Zhuangzi (莊子 [zhuang zi]), "The Human World" (人間世 [ren jian shi]): "When (kèhé) becomes excessive, there will certainly be an unworthy mind (不肖之心 [bu xiao zhi xin]) that responds to it, and they will not know why this is so."
剋核:苛責、逼迫。《莊子.人間世》:「剋核大至,則必有不肖之心應之,而不知其然也。」
kè hé: kē zé,, bī pò. < zhuāng zi. rén jiān shì>: “kè hé dà zhì, zé bì yǒu bù xiào zhī xīn yīng zhī, ér bù zhī qí rán yě.”
