Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramKaulasiddhi (कौलसिद्धि) refers to “Kaula accomplishment”, according to the Ūrmikaulārṇatantra (fl. 22a).—Accordingly, “The radiant Kaulika tradition is a Śāmbhava one by just knowing which Kaula accomplishment [i.e., kaulasiddhi] arises”.
