1. A long-term lease of land; fixed rent; rent collected in a lump sum; joint tenancy; காலம் நீட்டித்துவிடும் மொத்தக் குத்தகை. [kalam nittithuvidum mothag kuthagai.]
2. Tenure by which land is mortgaged stipulating that the principal and interest be set off against enjoyment of the proceeds of the land for a specified period; பெற்றுக்கொண்ட தொகைக்காக நிலத்தைக் குறித்தகாலத்துக்குத் தொகைகொடுத்தவ னுடைய அனுபவித்தில் விட்டுவைக்கை.
